Refund policy

Lifetime Warranty

Every Tacstix product carries a lifetime warranty. If any part breaks, email a photo of the broken part to sales@tacstix.com (or text it to (760) 470-1905) along with your name and order information, and we will send you a free replacement. There is no need to return the broken part.

Returns

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To start a return, contact us at sales@tacstix.com or (760) 470-1905.
